Bought goods on website, money taken, all fine. Except I was called to say they weren't in stock and wouldn't be available for months! I decided to cancel. I called to check where my refund was and "customer services" were unable to do ANYTHING?! They said they had to email a depot. Then an email to say my cancelled not in stock goods had been despatched! (They hadn't!). 1 week later no word, another few days I called. Couldn't speak to a manager, they couldn't even tell me whether the order was cancelled. Unbelievable. Great products, friendly staff but let down awfully by terrible company structure and service.
