“Avoide Laptops Direct at all costs”

I bought a £500 PC from Laptops Direct and received a cheaper, inferior, lower spec model. A week later they admit they had made a "mistake" on their website and the model I paid for does not exist! Despite their admittance of a mess up of epic proportions, a week later I still have not received a refund nor have they arranged for the return of the computer I didn't order.

They are a bunch of lying sharks and should be avoided at all costs. This has been the worst buying experience of my life and has certainly put me off buying anything online in the future.

Laptops Direct - you ought to be ashamed of yourselves. Your outrageous manipulation of customers is beyond the pale.
