“no help when delivered”

good sales person very helpful but disappointed with delivery men. I live alone and struggled with the extra thick cardboard that my 3 seater reclining sofa came in as delivery men would not take it away with them. They also would not help me unpack the 3 cupboard sideboard which i purchased and was extremely heavy to move on my own 68kgs and the mirror which was 23kgs a little help would have been so appreciated.

I would also have appreciated being told that this would be the case I would have purchased all the furniture elsewhere where aftercare would have been better AFTER ALL IT WOULD NOT HAVE TOOK 2 MEN 10 MINUTES TO TAKE ALL THE PACKAGING OFF TO HELP ME. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM SUCH A BIG COMPANY.
