“Broken figure skates…”

I bought a pair of Risport Venus figure skates at the beginning of the year, and not 3 months went by and the tore open in the back, when I tried to ask where to send them and how much would the reparations be, they told me that they'd send a new pair. And even though there were some complications (most of which were my fault, to be completely honest) they sent it perfectly and quickly without any complaints.
The skates are in perfect condition and really good to start practicing.
