I found the renewal service an easy to experience online and would recommend if to a friend. I did have trouble in getting the correct price though. I entered an incorrect value in the renewals box and couldn't proceed, after callthe call centre I sorted it out myself and re entered the correct value and got the correct premium. This is fine but when I was having trouble with the amount, the call centre was unable to put the discount on for buying online even though I had given them the quote number. I found this to be quite petty for the sake of £20. I understand why this was done but for what it was it could have been sorted on the phone saving me some time. Other than that everything was great.
