STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFULL AND POLITE, I DID PHONE UP AND SPEAK TO A YOUNG LADY I ASKED HER ABOUT MULTI CAR INSURANCE BECAUSE MINE RUNS OUT IN OCTOBER AND I AM KEEPING MY HONDA BUT I HAVE BOUGHT AUDI TT TO USE IN SUMMER AND WANTED A QUOTE, NO SHE WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL JUST SAID WE DONT IT. SHE MUST HAVE BEEN HAVING A BAD DAY
