“Excellent Customer Service ”

I would like to say how impressed I am with your customer service team.

Today 17-9-17 I had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely lady who has sorted out replacement laptop trolley bag. 

She was most helpful and very apologetic. 

I found her excellent communication skills kept me informed throughout my call which made me feel at ease whilst my replacement item was re-ordered. 

I am impressed with the way my enquiry was handled and shall be singing your praises
