It was easy process to renew our policy this year. We unfortunately had to use our insurance as had a water leak causing damage. I liked the way staff took responsibility for the initial emergencyand I was always advised what would happen next. I couldn't fault the whole service from start to finish, highly recommend using for any 2nd home policy.
