spent 30 mins completing a multi-car insurance on-line quote which then said a quote could not be provided on the information provided despite having filled in all fields. So then called the call centre and waited 35 minutes and told my call would be answered. The call was answered just before the 9pm closing time and in the background sounded like a party going on. The call centre agent said they could not take the call and would call back. I asked if he had the number and then heard lot of laughing and screaming and agent hung up. I have had trouble before with this poor excuse for a company.
