“Exceeds expectations”

Fabulous service! Little Rascals are 100% reliable and the communication was excellent. I hired a car and high backed car seat through Little Rascals and the process was seamless. The hire seemed a little more expensive than the big car hire companies but there were no hidden charges or additional costs at the time of hire and all questions answered before booking. There was also a pre paid tolls transponder for the week with no hiked up charges if you go over the €15 credit (we didn't). We didn't have to wait in the car hire queue at Faro Airport, the company was there with the car and the seat all ready to go. I paid the balance, signed a form and got on my way. Really brilliant with a 4 year old in tow after an early flight. There was also a discounted fuel card included. I also received a free upgrade to a larger vehicle which was a bit older than normal (4 years) but I appreciated the space as there was be 5 of us travelling in it for the week and on the return to the airport. I can't thank the person I dealt with at Little Rascals enough for taking the time to explain all the details of my hire and other questions that cropped up. This company deserves the 5 star rating and will certainly have my business again.
