“Not receiving the service I am paying for ”

Called customer service to request how much it would be to cancel contract due to connection issues (dropped 5 times in the last hour and no wifi connection now for over an hour) this is a continual current issues. 30 minutes into conversation still had not provided me with a cancellation cost, instead tried to sell me an upgrade that was not required!!! and transferred me to customer service who told me it would take 10 days to fix line to optimal performance. P.S - receiving a better wifi signal from 4-5 of my neighbours (different provider) even though my router is only in the next room.
