I bought a ddress and a top from coast. Tried playing with a foreign debit card but payment was refused due to the card being from a different country. I then tried to pay again using PayPal. This time the order was successful and I will send a confirmation email with the confirmation number. However as I checked out as a guest there is no way of tracking my order. I paid extra 4.99 for Saturday delivery but seven days on I still haven't received my order. I have neither received an order nor an email from the courier. The clothes were meant for a special occasion and they're not cheap, and I am absolutely apalled at such a service. I have tried to find a contact number for coast but the only thing you can find is a contact form or an email address. I have sent them my complaint via the contact form and received a confirmation email that they have received my complaint and will reply to me in 12 working hours. However, having read some of the reviews here I am having my doubts as the money has already been charged by PayPal and I will now have to file for a refund.
I have always thought of coast as a good quality clothes store with a high level of service on goods, however, their customer service is nonexistent to say the least. I would not recommend it to anyone.
