“worrying delays but sorted”

Having applied for pre-authorisation which I was told would take 3-5 working days- it actually took over 3 weeks. As part of that I gave the address of the vets with whom she was registered BEFORE I became her owner and explained that she was under Cats Protection ownership at the time. Whoever phoned the vet gave my name rather than Cats Protection and was therefore told the my cat was not registered with them. Please ensure that your staff actually read the forms and do things properly, it will save your clients a lot of worry and your staff will be appreciated more!
