My renewal increased by 29%. As a loyal customer with no changes to my life this was unecessary and of course a shock. I phoned OneCall to explain that I was not happy and that their computer was doing a 'wobbly' (it's a shame it is not programmed correctly). The telephonist listened to my concerns, spoke to a manager (?) and returned with an acceptable quotation.
It is the lack of loyalty that makes me not give 5 stars.
