“Nearly excellent except for very poor transfer outbound.”

Flights were very good, hotels were excellent however overall experience was let down badly by the company providing the transfers to the hotel. We found the Transunion desk easily enough however having waited 30 minutes they put us on a bus. We waited another 15 minutes only to be told we needed to transfer to another bus. We then waited a further 25 minutes before we were put on a different bus. Having sat on the second bus for 10 minutes they told us to get off and return to the check in desk. Some 40 minutes later a taxi turne up and we along with another couple set off. The ride was a nightmare with the driver using his knee to steer the car whilst he spoke on his mobile with one hand whilst writing something on a pad with his other.
Obviously client safety and comfort are not that important to Travel Republic or their agents.
That said the return trip was excellent, on a coach from our hotel and bang on time.
