“ New front door”

Anglian representatives were looking for business in our street. We already had their windows and a conservatory and decided to get a quote for a front door - the existing one required a bit of care and attention. We met with a sales person and eventually received an acceptable quote (a little bit too drawn out a process). A few weeks later, after a visit from a surveyor who measured up etc. the door was fitted. The overall process was good and the door is fine the only downside is that the sales person thought the background glass could be different to what he ended up with (all to do with etching patterns). This meant we ended up making a hurried decision when the surveyor advised us we could not have what we ordered. We would most likely have chosen a different pattern to get a window that let in more light.
