“Flowers not delivered!”

Flowers were not delivered on the day promised. I had to check with my friend to see if they delivered her flowers. It was a surprise so I felt kind of weird checking with her. Delivery was supposed to be on Saturday and they were still not delivered on Wednesday! Very poor service!
