“Bad experience”

This is the second time we used Montway Transport to transport our car from Texas to Virginia. The first time was just beginners luck I think. This time however, we are a lot wiser. Montway is a moving broker and not a mover themselves. They outsource the moving to another company and if they damage your car during the move, Montway can coolly wash their hands off the whole affair.

They outsourced the move of our car to Avior LLC who damaged the rear bumper of the car while taking it out of the trailer right in front of our eyes and then refused to own up to their fault and pay for the damages which their own insurance company says is to the tune of about 700$. The insurance company can't pay for less than 1000$ as they have a deductible.

Basically, if you are lucky you're good but if by chance you get a stroke of bad luck, Montway doesn't have any system in place to help you out even if you are a returning customer.
