“NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED - BE CAREFUL”

I arrived at The Garden Lounge - Amsterdam and was greeted by a property that is in serious need of attention. The cleaning of the property prior to us coming is very questionable and needs to be redefined by the letter agency/owner. Some of the pots were unclean, spider webs around the place, bath mat - no words to describe. Bathroom has damp. Kitchen cabinets need to be repaired or replacing. Electric kettle not working and was not replaced even when Zee was informed. A massive bike was in the hall way which lead up to the 2nd bedroom where the blinds were faulty. The gardens was unkempt. The only good looking item in the property was the TV which was inaccessible. The true cost is only given upon arrival. Please be aware the deposit is paid back in Euros not pound sterling. Zee needs to attend a course or training day on Customer Care as the art of listening is valuable. To get to the point of this review it is not a place I would recommend anybody to and the letting agency/owner need to look at what they are offering at the cost they want !!!!!
