“Avoid like the proverbial”

Worst experience of online shopping ever. Slow deliveries, incorrect order fulfilment, wrong items received, taking orders for out of stock items you name it they can do it.
Extended delivery item, monies taken immediately from account, not when eventually despatched which is industry standard.
Customer service - I wish, emails answered but only after chasing them, and then query not fully answered.
