“Crystal windows Average”

Well the guys who did the install were first class, however the actual install is just part of the story

When I originally got the quote, I was contacted by head office and told that If I could agree to the windows being installed in 8 days time they could give be a discount.... great as speed was important. so I agreed an install date of the Wednesday.

Install starts and all great, then about half way through the first day, the guys tell me they will do 2 more windows and be back tomorrow to do the rest.

First I was told that the install was actually booked for two days, but the guys showed me their work sheet stating a 2 day job. This wan communicated well, or at all. I complained but was told there was nothing they can do and told they would send me some vouchers as an apology... still not received. So I had to take another day off work.

During in the installation, it become evident that there were issues with quality control on the product coming out of the factory. Mostly the installers did a great job correcting what they could, however some issues were too much for them to deal with such as handles (and the holes) fitted skewed and not straight, and scratched glass.

The guys got onto head office, and reported these, and I was told that they would be out the following Tuesday to fix these. So took another unpaid day off work, only to get a phone call on the day saying that they never planned to come on that day, and would only come if they were in the area, and Id have to take yet another day off work.

Hopefully they will get the issues sorted if they do turn up for that appointment.

So although installers great, and generally its a good product, their communication and customer service leaves alot to be desired, and has left me £450 out of pocket in terms of lost wages.
