Totally fed up with trying to log in to view my account even changing password after password.? I have NO IDEA what I owe so cancelled my direct debit until they tell me.phoning is like taking root. I was first told after 3 weeks I owed nearly £90 after phoning was told I was overcharged but still have no idea what I owe.they DO Not reply to your e-mails .I think this is a pie in the sky as there is no one there.???
