After an unfortunate accident in May when my new caravan (only 6 months old) was written off I made my first claim in over 25 years of caravanning. I have to say that the Caravan Club were excellent from start to finish and I had my new replacement caravan by the middle of June and in plenty of time for my French holiday in July. The customer service from both the club and their agents was first rate throughout and I have nothing but praise for them in what was a very difficult time for us.
