Bad Points
Very very Poor service at Apple Retail Store (Salem, NH - Rockingham Park) in the process of iPhone 3G sales.

General Comments
AT&T and Apple doesn't seem to sync that well and it seems like they don't work closely to resolve customer issues. All I had to do was porting my number from TMobile but their system threw as many errors each time I tried to set up my account.
