“service deplorable”

After being to kfc boucher road few weeks ago we waited at least 15-20 mins on drive thru, so today decided it would probably be quicker going inside and order to take-away. Boy were we wrong. After standing in a quque for 20 mins i finally got to place my order. It is a sunday at 1.30 and they only had 1 person serving inside. While standing in the q I counted 20 or more drive thru orders going quickly through. It was a different story a couple of weeks ago. KFC put more staff on especially at lunchtimes.....
