I have used Pet Planet for a year now since I got my 2 pups. The service received has been wonderful. If there was any issues with the delivery they sorted it out without any question and you can talk to a person which always helps. They are very competitively priced and have a wide range of products for any pet.
I can't say there is anything I don't like about the company, if there was I wouldn't use them.
