The taxi didnt turn up for our return flight. Half an hour later, we phoned they said it was on the way (obviously forgot). This caused us lots of stress for us and especially my autistic grandson, who had a melt down. We had to flag another taxi down, who charged us 3 euros more. Zip did give us the refund, but refused to give us the 3 euros extra, because we didn't think to ask for the receipt from the taxi we flagged down. Surely they could have given us the 3 extra euros for the stress and inconvenience caused, as we nearly missed our flight. VERY DISAPPOINTED
