“Booking with Travel Republic”

We have booked our annual holiday for the past 10 years through travel republic. Easy to use and describes the accommodation very well. Love that you can read real reviews too. (All mine are still there for people to view).

One year when there were uprisings in Egypt we got a full refund and were allowed to rebook effortlessly. If we have any queries before travel the staff are all very helpful and resolve the issues easily.

One big downside is that it always takes ages to get through to customer service. They do have a good on line problem solving tool but invariably it never quite applies to my question!
