The person I dealt with was fantastic when i spoke to her yesterday. I supidly left a number out of an email address so my mate didnt get gift vouchers that i purchased for her. I called through and spoke to the person I dealt with, i found her to be so polite, clear, concise and also delivered on her promise to me. I received notification within 15 minutes as promised. She really is a credit to Debenhams. Thanks for the excellent service you have provided me :) x
