I had a Billy Oh windowless heavy duty shed delivered today and instantly found 1 piece broken on delivery. I tried to put the shed together this afternoon but the very first piece of the base will not line up with the rest of the back pieces as it is 8mm out. I phoned and told customer services of my problem and they wanted photos, part numbers etc, I said that I would email them back with the information. I checked all of the other pieces and found several other faults including split/ damaged pieces and 1 piece with lots of mould on. I lined up all of the back pieces together at 1 end and the other end was totally out with each other. 1 of the doors has an insert piece which is too small and has a nail poking out.2 other items which should be separate have been nailed together and even they are out of line with each other. After sending an email with all of the 20 odd photos ,I spoke to customer services and was told that it would be 3 to 5 working days to replace my items if they felt that after reviewing my photos I was correct. At this point I asked for a full refund as the shed wasn't fit for purpose to which I was told that I would have to pay 30 pence per kg of shed weight which equates to £150. The quality for the cost is appalling.
