“DO NOT USE”

Ordered item from Jessops (23.08.17)
Delivery notification from them came through shortly after my order was placed
Delivery scheduled for 24.08.17
Tracked it online and all looked good
Got home from work at 5pm and no parcel
Checked online for an update, and it said scheduled for delivery on the 24th
So still waiting I checked again and it said 'delivery attempted at 18.48'
I was in my garden at this time and saw no van or delivery driver and NO card was left

This is the second time this year that a supplier has used this courier firm, and it was exactly the same with that delivery
Or lack of they lied then as they have today with their 'attempted delivery' get out clause.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE any shop or retailer STOP using this terrible company all they do is annoy people, and they make you as a retailer look bad.
UK MAIL we Deliver is their slogan ! Really ? I don't think so
