“Unsatisfied customer waiting for chairs ”

On 22/7/17 I bought an end of line table 6 chairs sideboard and cabinet they were called Provence slated back dining chairs, table glazed display and large sideboard.. There was only 4 chairs but was told ther are 2 more in the ware house in London which I paid for, to be delivered to store 2 weeks later.Delivery was excellent but minus 2 extra chairs. 2 weeks went so I rang store, I was told sorry they would get in touch again. Warehouse rang me and said they are on way to store. Store phoned last week spoke to my daughter who was told sorry but chairs have gone missing. Daughter said Mum bought table etc because of 6 chairs, who wants 4 chairs. He said sorry would phone Saturday to see what I want to do. I am still waiting for that call, now Monday, In the meantime my husband went to ware house in Guildford to be told 2 chairs are still in the system and the store should phone all stores to locate them. STILL WAITING FOR PHONE CALL AND CHAIRS.
