“How to control your eating”

Since joining Nutracheck I have learnt through using my diary exactly which foods have been causing me most damage. I have also learnt through other members recipes how easy it is to make healthier versions of food I like.

It has become so much a part of how I eat that I automatically know how much I am eating and joining this diet club was the best things I have done.

In the past I have dieted with Weight Watchers, Slimming Magazine Club,Eat right for your blood type (which I have to say I still like elements of - particularly that I should be a meat eater, and certainly feel healthier eating meat.) However its the portion control that is so important.

One thing that may sound odd is that I eat a lot of my meals using a chinese bowl for quantity and chopsticks to slow me down - this really works as eating slower really does make you feel full quicker.
