“cheap basket”

My son sent me a photo of the plant I sent to his fiancé who was hospitalized. It arrived on the day it was promised, but the plant looked so cheap in a basket that looked like an old Easter basket rather than the plush basket in the picture. Also, there was a cheap bright blue ribbon around the handle of the basket the color of which had nothing to do with the African violet plant I ordered. I will definitely call them and my credit card co. to get an adjustment. Not worth the upgrade AT ALL, sorry to say. I will stick to the proven florists from now on.
