Good options were presented, low cost to expensive. Reviews of clients were all presented. Pictures of the hotel room and facilities/amenities were also shown. These are our guide in selecting the particular hotel we want.
However, there were times I had to call the Agoda where a call center agent answered the queries. However, I cannot understand their English. It has a bit Chinese accent. It is better if we can contact you on line or email or chat so I can easily address my queries. This system should be developed for easy communication with AGODA.
In general, I always use AGODA in finding hotels when I am traveling in the Philippines and in other ASEAN countries. I had proven AGODA's excellent service. Keep up the good work.
