“Never again will I use this company”

Sent a Samsung galaxy s8+ phone that was only 6 months old, owned by my husband who is meticulous about keeping his phones in pristine condition. He was selling due to needing a dual sim phone and not liking the Microsoft one that he had also purchased ( so he decided to include this as well). We were offered £380 for the Samsung and £60 for the microsoft. Sent by special delivery £13 to get it there the following day, hadn't heard anything the following day so contacted them to see why and was told the Microsoft hadn't enough battery to check it so they had charged it overnight. The next day still no email or money so rang again to be told the Samsung ( which they hadn't mentioned in the previous call) had a faulty screen and the offer was now £150. As it is still under warranty I said send it back I will have it fixed under the warranty. Told them to send the other one with it but they refused saying that we had entered into an agreement on that one and they were paying the quoted sum. Nothing about the fact that they had broken their side of the agreement by not sending the money for that one within 24 hrs! Also been told the Samsung will be sent back special delivery but could take up to 5 days for them to process it! I have an order history with them going back 7 years and 11 phones but that is the last time! NEVER AGAIN!
