The product received was of a very poor quality. I saw the product to a jeweler and several people and all confirmed that the quality was really poor for the price paid. Customer services representative promised a substitution of a better quality in a few days to have on time for an aniversary.During this period non-email sent was answered, After waiting for the delivery day without delivery. I contacted customer service by phone and the shocking news was that they changed their opinion, and didn't send any substitution. Refunding was only offered in that moment (if they were not sending a substitution why they didn't refund immediately) In resume I didn't have the item either the refund on time for the anniversary.
Very poor customer service, as after they promised to solve the problem, they decide to change their mind without communicating it, and they didn't offer any other help or support.
