“awful just awful”

I looked at website couldn't get the information that I wanted so called to which I was told that website is being updated he will call supplier and find out info and phone me back. No call back called again same thing except I'll call you back in five minutes no call back. I then sent a message online to which I recieved no response twice. I then called a final time and explained what had happened and asked if they wanted my business a man who couldn't really understand what I was saying was brisk and rude. I then called back and was told of course they wanted my business they would check everything out for me and call me back - still no response - lost out on over £2000 order because they couldn't be bothered to call me back terrible!!!!! Apparently my business isn't good enough steer clear my advice to anyone!!!
