We received a quote for our folding camper and was happy with the price and cover we then proceeded to pay for the insurance but did not receive acknowledgment of payment or policy documents. I phoned the customer services and spoke to a very polite young lady who dealt with our enquiry promptly and professionally, she also discussed the policy with me and adjusted it to suit our personal needs. Well done on customer service, hopefully we will never have to make a claim.
