“Kitchen with island design and completion”

Howdens Tonbridge designed our kitchen beautifully, taking on board our initial ideas and adding their own to fit our requirements. Some bespoke additions were needed to accommodate a boiler and island with seating space and our designer spent a lot of time adjusting things and listening patiently to our feedback. Pricing was done quickly through liaison with our builder and again we were listened to and the sales team were adaptable, providing a competitive cost within our budget. On a number of visits to our local depot, all staff were able to offer useful advice to help us make our final decisions. At no time did we feel pressurised to rush and there was never any hard sell like we experienced from a competitor who also quoted for the job. We opted for Fairford in cashmere and graphite and are so far really impressed with the quality and appearance of our new kitchen and love all the different storage solutions like the pull out tower larders. When fitted, some items were missing or needed changing but this was done with speed and no delay to the project. Having to deal with Howdens via our builder did slow things down a little but we understood why this was necessary and we always saw the Howden price without any hidden extras and the team were also happy to deal directly with us many times.We would happily recommend Howdens to others.
