“Outstanding service”

I bought tickets for Durham to York today 11/8/17. On return travel on the 16.08 train it was extremely busy and cramped.
The catering/ trolley hostess was outstanding with her service accommodating all passengers wishes and ensuring passenger comfort. Unfortunately as we returned home the window of the train was struck by a brick from outside shattering the outer window. The hostess quickly came to ensure out party was ok and to alert the driver and offered refreshments to calm our nerves. I believe she needs a special mention for her above and beyond approach to her work, well done.
