“Good prices but poor customer service”

Placed a significant order. It was dispatched promptly and was reasonably well packaged. Although the items were in stock on the website 5 items were not sent as they were not in stock when the order was picked. Enclosed was a slip detailing the out of stock items and that "We have refunded the amount back to your account". Over a week later no refund had yet been sent. Sent an email and no reply. Had to telephone (10 days after receiving the goods) and was told the refund would being processed by the end of the day. It should have been processed when the out of stock slip was raised. Shouldn't have had to ask for the refund.
