I was fine with the service I received but really unhappy with the prices. I was told that I had to pay extra because insurance companies were losing money through scamming etc, I have 5 years no claims bonuses and no accidents and I'm being rewarded for it by paying £400 extra this year. Not happy with that at all. I would recommend RCIB to others because although the price of my insurance is horrid, they were able to give me a slight discount.
