“awful company dobnot use avoid them”

Have been without washing machine for 4 weeks now and the engineer now tell me heating element damaged and its another week before the part comes. Absolute joke I can get a local engineer to come out tomorrow and fit in the afternoon. Why does it take them so long to order parts. Will be cancelling my plan as soon as they fix this machine and will never use them again
