“service is very good but availability is not so good”

the staff service is excellent, however, the choice and availability of cars in Camberley is generally quite poor, even with advance notice. I would expect that cars can be moved between branches rather than being expected to pick up/drop off a car at a branch miles away, which kind of defeats the object of car hire!
