“Worat customer service”

I had stepped away from c&c only because of their customer service. Had recently renewed my memberahip and thought I'd give them another go. I now have run into the same problems. I rwcently had to change to a new dwbot card, was told by customwr service that once the new card was rwgistered that my flexi pays would transfer... however, i tried making a purchase on friday and my account is blocked, not only did it bot transfer but they are now trying to charge me an admin fee. I tried to clelar it up with no joy and was told a supervisor would ring me back before end of day... no call. Now my account is still blpcked and i am unable to make a purchase that will be sold out by monday when customer service reopens... ro add to all of that... ive already apent mor than £2 on the calls and will have to spend morw on monday. Not good enough uatomwr service...
