“Bad service ”

Bought a corner unit sofa , waited 15weeks and when it come the drivers said it would not fit . After I checked it would they would not try , had to pay someone else to come and fit the sofa and to Harvey's job , called the service centre and asked for the payment and was told no , we have bought 3 sofas in the last year from Harvey's never again bad service avoid .next time I will go to dfs
