Hired a car from Europcar when booking my Easy jet flights to Slovenia. Paid in full at the time of booking and was fully covered by insurance. On the day the car was returned, a charge was taken from my credit card. I queried this on the 10.7.17 with Eurpocar, they said they couldn't find my original booking and requested further information which was provided by me on the 12.7.17. Since then there has been no contact from Europcar - Total silence despite me chasing it up every week by an email. They really do not care about their customers and seem to think it is okay to take additional payments from their customers credit cards!
