Sat in today waiting for my dishwasher. Arrived promptly then said they couldn't fir it as they weren't allowed to connect more than a meter from the water supply. Our old dishwasher had been dismantled and when put back they fitted the integrated door poorly and took the panting off and didn't refit it. Said our options were to leave the product and call a plumber out or they would take it away. We opted for them to take it back. On trying to get a refund over the telephone due to my husband being unable to visit the store as he has cateract, they informed us that they couldn't do that. We would have to visit the store. The installation guys are not plumbers, so why send them out to plumb items in?
On returning to the store, we were asked if we would like to choose another dishwasher. How would that work? They still wouldn't have installed it!!! Eventually got a full refund. We later bought from ao and they were extremely helpful and said they would have no problems installing our new product.
