I also had an appalling experience. The electronic banking system at my local branch crashed for 2 consecutive days signalling ‘system malfunction’ – meaning you couldn’t pay in or withdraw on those days. I wrote to the CEO Mr Antonio Osorio and heard nothing for a few weeks and then instead of hearing from the Executive Office, got a note from Customer Services saying that they were sure there were paying-in envelopes at the ATM – at if this was relevant. I tried to raise it with Mr Osorio and again no reply. And remember the person holding the customers in such contempt is the CEO. It’s also worth remembering that this is a banking group that received a bailout from the taxpayer and still can’t be bothered to investigate system breakdowns or respond to the public.
